APPLICATION OF SCADA SYSTEM IN SMART GRID

This paper presents the role of the SCADA system in the Smart Grid. The architecture of SCADA software that meets Smart Grid needs is described. Featured are the parameters and criteria to be met by manufacturers of SCADA software in order to meet customer requirements. The best SCADA software is presented and individually described in terms of completing the Smart Grid standard.
