BLOCKCHAIN BASED SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR ORGANIC FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN
Abstract
This work will present the possibilities for the application of blockchain technology in supporting organic food supply chains and describe the development of one such software solution using the Hyperledger Sawtooth platform. The application is implemented in a decentralized fashion, and it allows users to track organic food products through all parts of the supply chain.
