In the printing industry, one of the most important factors is that all imprints are the same and that the difference in color reproduction between them is minimal, so that the human eye cannot notice it. We know that images of a human skin are a slightly more difficult when color reproduction accuracy is in question. Also, the printing substrate itself can significantly affect color reproduction. Accuracy and uniformity of reproduction in digital ink-jet printing technique is also a very important requirement that must be met. Therefore, the subject of this paper is the research of the reproduction of human skin tones in digital ink-jet printing on different paper printing substrates.
