Abstract
Professional adaptation of employees is one of the key factors that affect their job satisfaction as well as satisfaction with the whole company, also, their commitment and desire to stay in it. This paper analyzes the results of research aimed at determining the extent to which companies within the private sector on the one hand, and the state sector on the other, see the importance of adequate professional adaptation of employees, as well as whether there are differences in it between these sectors.
