Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine the effect of the Covid – 19 virus pandemic on the motivation of employees. This paper presents the results of the questionnaire analysis and acoordin to the responses, the most influential factor on employee motivation is monetary compensation , while the least influential factor is the ability to work from home.
