A STUDY ON APPLICATION OF SCRUM FRAMEWORK IN TEAMWORK

The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of the practical application of the Scrum framework, in teams dealing with software development of products and services, on their performance, communication, effort, and cohesion. Agile methodologies represent an alternative to traditional project management. Scrum is not a unique procedure or technique for building software, but a framework for combining multiple processes and methods, which has contributed to its broader acceptance. In addition to making it easier for developers to manage the organization, at the end of each iteration, customers receive functional software. Teams are multifunctional and autonomous in their work, which enables them to deliver functionality faster in shorter time cycles and can implement timely changes based on feedback.
