Abstract

Throughout the paper, the basics of project management as well as significance of dissemination and communication at the level of H2020 European projects are presented. A review of the literature and practical experience in the field of project management and dissemination and communication revealed several factors that are related to the financial success of project-oriented enterprises and implementation of the projects. The aim of this thesis is to showcase successfully driven dissemination and communication as one of the work packages at the level of H2020 European projects (DIATOMIC and BEACON), financed by European Commission.
