The work is focused on the implementing of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), guided by the Sure Step and Scrum methodologies, which are used to provide a clear project path. The parallels are drawn in their approach to run the ERP project with the presentation of the functional solution itself, emphasizing the importance of participants and the use of tools.
