IMPLEMENTATION OF ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS IN ENTERPRISE MEGAPLAST, SOMBOR
Abstract
It is necessary to analyse the company MEGAPLAST for the introduction of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The organizational structure of the company is examined and the person responsible for the quality management system is being appointed. During the analysis of each business unit, it is required to state all the necessary procedures and instructions that will be developed. Prior to the development of procedures, the necessary resources for the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard are provided. At the very end, the “Rules of Procedure on Quality” is drafted, then an internal inspection of the quality management system and, finally, verification is performed.
