HOW THE WORK MOTIVATION OF „COLOR PRESS GROUP“ EMPLOYEES AFECTS THE QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF THE „RUSKI DOKTOR“ MAGAZINE

This paper explains in detail the concept of human resource management with special emphasis on employee motivation, then the concept of job satisfaction and product quality. The influence of employee motivation on the assessment of the quality of products on which employees work is considered. An example is given from the company "Color Press Group", which deals with publishing. Specifically, a study was done that shows us the extent to which the motivation of employees from the company "Color Press Group" affects the assessment of the quality of the magazine "Russian Doctor" that the company publishes. A research in the form of a survey was done and the obtained results were analyzed.
