CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS

Abstract

As a part of this paper, the theoretical framework of conflict management and conflict prevention is presented, as well as the results of research on the example of project teams in the automotive and IT industry. It is pointed out how companies in mentioned fields manage conflicts and what are their problems regarding the subject. Based on that, proposals were made to improve procedures for prevention and correction of conflict behaviour of project team members.
