IDENTIFICATION OF RISKS AND THEIR IMPACT ON DYNAMICS AND COSTS

One of the basic elements of project management is project risk management, taking into account that risks can negatively affect the success of project implementation by not being realized in a given time frame, with a certain quality or in the planned budget. Uncertainty of any kind related to the realization of the set goals can be called project risk. The only way to get acquainted with the characteristics of the project lies in a systematic approach, analysis through which it is possible to see both the components of the project and their interrelationships. Project management techniques are nothing more than an attempt to reduce the uncertainty of events in order to dose the set goals.
