Abstract

The topic of the paper is the analysis of the financial and economic aspect of the construction of a multi-storey residential and business building on the territory of Novi Sad. The investment program for the object in question was formed and the financial and economic feasibility of its realization for different market conditions was analyzed. Finally, the factors that mostly define the object in terms of final appearance were analyzed.
