APPLICATION OF SOFTWARE PACAGE CIVIL 3D ON AN EXAMPLE OF THE CITY ROAD SECTION

The subject of this paper is the implementation of the AutoCAD Civil 3D software program in the process of designing a city road section. The spectrum of possibilities of the program was presented, as well as its practical application during the process of designing Uglješa Terzina and Svetozara Miletića streets in Kikinda. The program itself and its options are described in detail in the process of creating a digital terrain model, defining the road axis, longitudinal profile, cross-road sections, corridors, leveling plan, etc. Complete numerical and graphic documentation for the designed road was created using this software.
