The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the load analysis of the RC structure of the stadium is described. The assessment of multi-story structure of the stadium RFK Novi Sad, was carried out in the practical part. In order to determine the level and cause of damages, as well as the type of repair measures, the detailed visual inspection of structural elements was undertaken. The large number of defects and damages has been detected. Based on the analysis of those damages and defects and nondestructive material testing, the repair measures were suggested in order to improve the durability of RC structure.
