Abstract

This work describes the principle of project management in construction, which includes the initial stages of each project, the role of project participants and contracting projects that are not unique in construction and on which further depends the method of management and, of course, project implementation. The principles of project management contracted per unit of measure as well as those projects contracted with the "turnkey" provision were analyzed, concrete examples of cases were given and a conclusion was drawn.
