Abstract

The paper will explain the concept of personalization of user experience, methods of implementation, and current trends. The paper includes instructions and aspects that need to be met when creating personalization. The practical part includes the development of a prototype in which different forms of personalization are implemented and testing UX design using A/B test and survey to discover the impact of different types of personalization on improving the user experience.
