COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CNC PROGRAMMING METHODS

Programming of CNC machine tools is one of the most important stages of production preparation in the modern industry. The paper compares three methods of programming - ProgramGuide, ShopMill, and CAM. The structure of the program, the definition of processing operations, the processing time, the number of sentences and the programming time are analyzed. In order to obtain a comprehensive conclusion where it is most appropriate to apply one of the methodsit is most appropriate to apply one of the methods.
