APPLICATION FOR CALCULATING THE PROFITABILITY OF THE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLATION INVESTMENT

Abstract

This paper describes and presents an application that can help users to check the profitability of making a solar panels investment on the specific location. An application provides a detailed calculation taking into consideration the electrical energy consumption and the number of sunny hours on that location. Moreover, it provides an ability to track the production by the one hour timeframe. Features that are also implemented include authentication using Amazon Cognito service, display of all solar panels on the interactive map, access to the history data charts as well as investment repayment status in real time.
