CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF WATER SUPPLY AND ATMOSPHERIC WATER SEWERAGE IN SEFKERIN SETTLEMENT

Abstract

In the paper, models of the water supply and atmospheric sewage network in the Sefkerin settlement were created. Based on the needs of users, hydraulic analysis, a water supply network was formed. Calculation and hydraulic analysis were carried out within the EPANET software package. The sewerage network was laid out depending on the topographical conditions, while the dimensioning was done based on the rainfall of the two-year return period. The hydraulic calculation was verified using the EPA SWMM software package. At the end, the system was checked for the return period of twenty years of precipitation, which was used to obtain the unfavorable points of the system, i.e. the possibility of spills.
