RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANISATIONAL COMMITMENT, EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND LENGTH OF SERVICE IN THE ORGANISATION
Abstract
Nowadays, organizational commitment is becoming crucial for the survival and profitability of all companies, as it has been identified as a vital factor in motivating employees to be tied to the goals of the organization. In this paper, a study of the causal relationships between organizational commitment of employees and years of work, as well as the impact of organizational commitment on overall employee satisfaction.
