The thesis represents a contribution to the understanding of the importance of project controlling and its application in all phases of the life cycle of projects. The task of project controlling is to evaluate the success of the project in all phases and to make a proposal for elimination of any deficiencies. It is necessary to make cost analysis from the point of view of resource consumption and their optimization. The aim of project control is to contribute to making the project profitable in all its stages.
