DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN NIS GAZPROM NEFT COMPANY ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE APLICATION "Drive.Go"

Abstract

This paper presents a theoretical and practi­cal analysis of the impact and application of digital transformation in the oil industry through the example of NIS Gazprom Neft Company. Based on a review of the literature and a electronic survey on the topic of customer satisfaction with the Drive.Go application, which is one of the successful digital transformation projects of NIS company, proposals for improving the application and conclusions related to the impact and importance of transformation, were obtained.
