Abstract

In this paper, through the example of the construction and adaptation of a sports facility, the basic concepts of investment and project management are presented. Initially, the theoretical approach standard in the investment process will be observed. After that, the practical application of the previously exposed investment plan through static and dynamic methods will be presented.
