DIGITALIZATION OF PAYMENT PROCESSES IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVING ESTABLISHMENTS USING IPS QR CODE

The paper is based on the description of the business proposal in the form of introducing an innovation in the process of paying bills in F&B serving establishments, and the target group for which this approach is intended are guests and employees of F&B serving establishments. The theoretical part of the paper includes a detailed description of the basis on which further analysis was conducted, and they relate to the areas of digital transformation, instant payment systems and fiscalization. In the methodological part of the paper, the results of the research conducted by electronic survey are presented and analyzed. At the end, a business proposal on the introduction of an innovative solution for bill payment in F&B serving establishments was presented, after which the concluding remarks were summarized, based on a review of the literature and the results obtained in the research part of the paper.
