TEHNO-ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF ENERGY REHABILITATION OF A SCHOOL BUILDING

In this paper the proposal of energy rehabilitation of the High School "22nd October" from Zabalj is presented, in order to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption. A preliminary energy overview of the analyzed object was performed. Based on the analysis of the current state, measures for energy rehabilitation have been proposed. The calculation was done using the modern program URSA Building Physics. A brief overview of the legislation in this area is also represented. Three sets of proposed measures for energy rehabilitation were made, as well as a techno-economic analysis. The analysis showed that it is most favorable to invest in a set of energy efficiency measures from proposal 2. The energy efficiency of the facility would be improved by three energy classes, and the simple payback period would be less than 10 years.
