PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES WITH ACCENT ON SCRUM
Abstract
The paper gives an overview of the project management methodologies. The shallow comparison between the two main groups of methodologies is done. Accent of paper is on scrum, and scrum is explained to details.
