KEY FACTORS FOR PURCHASING THROUGH THE AMAZON E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

E-commerce is becoming more prevalent all over the world, precisely because it provides users with a host of benefits. We will show why Amazon is the leader in this field and what are the most important factors that affect e-commerce. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the needs and shortcomings when it comes to shopping through the Amazon.com platform in the territory of the Republic of Serbia through the presentation of the conducted research.
