TEMPERATURE CONTROL OF THERMAL OIL IN PASTE JELLIFICATION PROCESS IN THE PVC FLOOR PRODUCTION PLANT

Abstract

The subject of this study is an analysis of the current state of temperature control of thermal oil in paste jellification proccess at the plant for heterogeneous PVC floors production. First of all, a detailed description of the system and technological process will be presented. A special emphasis will be on how temperature of thermal oil is currently regulated and what are the key components of the regulation system. Then all the functions and parameters that can be set in the chosen regulator will be explained, with special accent on which one are used in the particular case. Finally, after the adjusted parameters of the regulator, temperature charts will be shown, for different situation in explained process.
