Abstract

Тhis paper presents the basic problems in the management of construction projects and solving them by applying the BIM work methodology. The basic terms related to the BIM approach are explained, followed by examples of its application in road construction. A practical example is also used to describe the modeling of the road, and then the planning and monitoring of the construction course. Planning and monitoring of the section in question has been done using BIM software.
