Abstract

This paper focuses on the influence of color on customers’ trust towards websites in the fields of online banking. The literature reviews associated with use of color in web design show that color has significant influence on customers’ interaction with websites. Considering that color is the most important feature of websites the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between them in online banking. The method used to explore these relationships was an online survey, based on Likert scale.
