The subject of this paper is focused on activating places for socializing through urban acupuncture in Novi Pazar. The term urban acupuncture comes from traditional Chinese medicine, where with carefully, precisely and accurately chosen places in town, is striving towards making certain places and locations in town and neighborhoods, metaphorically speaking, more alive, and to evoke a string of positive changes in the socialization of certain areas. Chosen locations, which are the subject of the thesis, are classified according to already established criteria. It is about two meticulously chosen locations in Novi Pazar, where the goal is bettering through urban acupuncture, to provide better living and work conditions and in general, to bring the socialization of the community and users of spaces on a much higher level.
