Abstract

This paper deals with the question of the polyvalence concept in housing, as well as its applicability today and in the future, as a response to the challenges posed by the rapid development and changing needs of local users. As a result of the work, we have the insight that the overall state of society affects the creation and development of the housing program and that it reflects the era in which it is created. New forms of housing and hybrid functions require that they be placed within a space that must be polyvalent enough to accompany their changes. The multi-family housing project reflects the result of previously conducted research.
