Abstract

The paper presents research related to the influence of time management skills on the stress employees are exposed to. We started from the assumption that good organization and time management can reduce stress and contribute to better working conditions. The goal is to point out methods of time and stress management, which can be useful to organizations and employees, but also to all individuals, regardless of professional orientation.
