ERGONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF FORKLIFTS ON THE INFLUENCE OF THE OPERATOR AND SAFETY CONDITIONS FOR USING THE FORKLIFT
Abstract
The main goal of this paper is to review the ergonomic characteristics of the forklift cabin, the safety conditions of using the forklift and to make suggestions for their improvement in order to reduce the fatigue of the forklift operator and increase comfort and productivity. In this paper, the ergonomic aspects of the interior of the cabin of front-end forklifts are shown on the operator - the forklift driver, which parts of the body they affect the most. Practical results were analyzed where the biggest problem was characterized as pain in the lumbar part of the back.
