Abstract

Project managers often state that the key to successful project management and meeting all project requirements lies in the "triple constraint" - project scope, time and costs. Managing the implementation of an investment project essentially means solving a number of problems, from legal to financial to technical-technological. It includes negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, managing conflicts and conflict situations, as well as many other social skills that a project leader needs for its successful implementation.
