INTERIOR DESIGN OF THE RESTAURANT IN THE RADNIČKI UNIVERSITY BUILDING IN NOVI SAD

This paper will present the research about restaurants, as a specific architectural typology. The aim of the research is to establish all influential parameters which effect its functionality and identity. It will be reviewed how the culture of dining out as we know it today started, what kind of restaurants, as well as how contemporary lifestyle affected it. Furthermore, it will be explained which parameters should be defined before and during designing the restaurant. This research should serve the framework of the paper which is interior design of the restaurant in former building of Radnički University in Novi Sad.
