ANALYSIS OF THE MAINTENANCE PROCESS AND PROPOSAL OF IMPROVEMENT MEASURES IN THE COMPANY „LAFARGE“
Abstract
The task of the paper was to understand the organization better and to examine its operations with a special emphasis on logistics and the maintenance function, after which an analysis of operations and problems in the organization was carried out. Based on the results of analysis and available data, possible measures for improvement are suggested.
