REALIZATION OF LOGISTICS ACTIVITIES ON THE PROJECT OF IMPROVING THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF ERSTE BANK
Abstract
The paper presents the realization of logistics activities during the project of improving the Bank's information system. The business analysis determined the need to introduce a new system, and the focus is on planning training for all employees and implementing the necessary activities.
