APPLICATION OF THE POKA-JOKE DEVICES IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY
Abstract
The significant measures taken in terms of operations direct their focus towards the continuous improvement of both specific production processes and the operation of the company as a whole. It is precisely on such foundations that the forerunner of effective business in the framework of turbulent market relations is based on the implementation of the Lean approach. This paper demonstrates the application of the Poka-Yoke devices in the furniture industry, the solutions of which are explained in detail and introduced into the production process of the observed company.
