CALCULATION OF FLUX LINKAGES OF PERMANENT MAGNET SYNCHRONOUS MACHINES

The paper presents the basics of the finite element method, which was applied to calculate the flux linkages of synchronous machines with permanent magnets (PMSM). On the example of a synchronous motor with interior permanent magnets, the calculation of flux linkage were performed, and then waveform of flux linkage caused by the permanent magnet and waveform of flux linkage caused by armature stator currents were shown.
