In this paper an analysis of the measurements of work, income and costs as a result of work of the vehicles on the intermediate bus line Kruševac-Đunis-Niš is presented. A survey of bus station users, as well as a proposal for measurements to increase service quality level of transport company „Jugoprevoz“ Kruševac is also presented.
