ENERGY REHABILITATION OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN INĐIJA WITH THE AIM OF INCREASING ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Abstract

The paper consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, legal regulations in the field of  energy efficiency in the EU and the Republic of Serbia аre analyzed, as well as measures with the aim of increasing energy efficiency, including thermal insulation, replacement of carpentry, use of energy-efficient lighting and renewable energy sources in residential buildings. In the practical part, using  the URSA software, an energy efficiency calculation was made for the existing state of the residential building in Inđija, as well as a techno-economic analysis of various energy rehabilitation alternatives. After the selection and adoption of the most optimal alternative, an analysis of  the replacement of the conventional heating system with a heat pump was performed.
