COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF COLOR TEXT REPRODUCTION DEPENDING ON THE RESOLUTION OF INK JET AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY

Abstract

In this paper, an analysis of the effect of rasterization on color text reproduction in electrophoto­graphy and inkjet was performed. Analyzes performed for both lowercase and uppercase letters and serif and sans-serif fonts in different sizes showed that there is an influence of raster resolution on text reproduction in digital printing - inkjet and electrophotography. In doing so, it was shown that the reproduction of the letter depends on the initial size of the letter as well as the print color.
