On the one hand, the work deals with the research of typologies of mixed-use buildings, their effects on people's lives and the environment. On the other hand, the work deals with the design solution of a mixed-use facility in the very centre of city Novi Sad, which aims to raise the quality of life to a higher level, raise environmental awareness and influence the improvement and development of city tissues and lifestyles. In the given structure, along with the primary housing program, it was necessary to design and incorporate other contents adapted to the needs of the city of Novi Sad and its population.
