This paper describes the approach of modern architecture to a historical building. Revitalization and adaptation of the existing building, with elements of modern architecture. A new winery was designed next to the Church of St. Rudolf. The idea was not to damage the existing building, neither constructively nor functionally. This is where the idea came from to change the purpose of the existing building into a tasting room and thus connect it with the newly designed winery. The basic concept is based on simple geometric shapes such as rectangle and circle, which is clearly visible on the project.
