Abstract

Through the evolution architecture was under influence of the circumstances in which it was created, as well that’s the case with the pandemic of Covid-19 after which the biggest challenge is connecting nowadays lifestyle with new rules. Goal of this task is to show how architecture can offer efficient solutions and change the approach of projecting the residential units as per the example in Ilije Ognjanovica Street in Novi Sad. Concept is focused on a healthy life with greenhouses for production of chrono food, gyms, pool with saunas, a lot of sun, vegetation and nature surroundings in one of the most beautiful streets in Novi Sad which is the way to create a safe and nice environment in the era of pandemic where outside world doesn't seem like a forbidden zone.
