Abstract

Offices for youth in Serbia use social networks most often as a channel of communication with young people - as many as 90% of offices choose this channel of communication. That is why it is especially important to examine the way in which youth organizations do this, as well as what communication strategy is behind their performance on social networks. The subject of research in this master's thesis is the communication strategy of the OPENS youth association on social networks. The research will be conducted through case study analysis, a combination of content analysis that is marketed on social networks, with an analysis of the strategy and final results that the OPENS Association has achieved.
