This concept, which involves creating value for the customer with a minimum of resources consumed. Therefore, it means reducing the possibility of errors and delays during the process of production and project management, but with less capital, space, time and human effort. By applying the Lean concept, the business becomes efficient, flexible and ready to meet the challenges of the market.
