In connection with the design of the regatta center complex, the existing location and facility of the kayak club on Tikvara was analyzed - its functioning. After the collected data, it was shown that the location itself corresponds to the needs of this sport, but that thefacility does not meet the needs of the athletes, both in terms of functionality for club members and spatial organization when organizing competitions. The idea is for the kayaking club to get a new facility that will meet the needs of both the club and future competitive events, which are extremely important for Bačka Palanka and maintaining the city's long tradition. The proposal for the design of a new facility that would meet these conditions is planned in the immediate vicinity of the existing club. The facility itself would have to have much larger capacities. In addition to the regatta facility, it is necessary to urbanize the city's coastline. This includes the expansion and deepening of Lake Tikvare, which with its current water surface does not meet the standard of the regatta course, and the embankment of the Danube River.
